Hi,

I am interested in purchasing a unit in seafront. Pls contact me if you are interested to sell. My budget is the bank valuation which is 1400 to 1500. Valuation was done before the last transaction on caveat of $1290.

Hi Ang,

Are you keen on developer's unit? There are still a few balance units going between 1400 to 1500psf. Why not buy from developer if there are still available.
